Software TORQUEKAL
The program was designed to calibrate torque instruments using sample devices. The calibration procedure is performed in accordance with the UNI EN ISO 6789 standard.
The calibration consists in executing five pairs for each measurement point normally calculated at 20%, 60% and 100% of the maximum torque value of the device being calibrated. The evaluation of the calibration uncertainty is carried out according to the requirements of the UNI CEI ENV 13005 Standard.
At the end of the test, the program calculates, for each measurement point:
a) the average of the readings
b) Deviation%
c)% Uncertainty
All certificates are subsequently printed and stored in a database that allows you to keep the history of calibrations performed.
The program manages an additional database of Sample Instruments type BTR and MP10 connected to the PC via RS232 serial communication to guarantee the acquisition of torque measurement.
For each Sample Instrument it is necessary to enter all the identification data, the ACCREDIA certificates or equivalent reference and insert the different uncertainties divided by the various points of torque.
The program automatically manages the poor of the certificates alerting the Operator if the certificate has expired.
